How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to help other members find and connect with a suitable match. Your phone number and email address are kept private and are never shown to other members until you have both accepted an interest request.

ID Verification Documents

Documents submitted for identity verification are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized administrators for the purpose of verification. Your ID number is masked wherever displayed.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, which involves collecting anonymized usage data. This helps us improve the platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
